We had a leak in our 18 year old Bartile roof which wasn’t detected the first time by one of their technicians. They returned to find it and repair it but then deducted the original bill from the final repair bill. We then had them replace almost all the original underlayment everywhere and put the original tiles back. They did a beautiful job at a very reasonable cost.
