Types of Personal Information Collected

  5. Quote Requests: We collect information regarding your requested quotes, including the details of the products you are interested in and any additional notes you provide.

  6. Contact Form Submisisons: We collect information from contact form submissions, including your name, email address, and any messages or inquiries you provide.

  7. Contractor Quiz Submissions: We collect information from contractor quiz submissions, including your answers to the quiz questions and any additional comments you provide.

  8. Bartile Certified Contractor Business Details: We collect business details from Bartile Certified Contractors, including business name, address, and contact information.

  9. Warranty Details: We collect information to provide a warranty document including the product covered, the address of the project, and contractor contact information.

How Information is Collected and Used

The information we learn from our customers helps us to personalize and continually improve your Bartile experience. Here are the types of information we collect

  1. Information You Provide to Us:We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. You can choose to not provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features and Sites. We use the information you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing your experience, improving our Sites and platform, and communicating with you.

  2. Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example like many sites we use “Cookies,” and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses agencyassets.douglasjames.ai or advertisements or other content served by or on behalf of Bartile or other associated Websites.

  3. Mobile: When you download or use apps created by Bartile or our associated partners, we may receive information about your location and mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based Sites, such as advertising search results, and other personalized content. Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location Sites.

  4. Email Communications: To help us make email from Bartile more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open email from Bartile if your computer supports such capabilities. We also compare customer lists in an attempt to avoid unnecessary communication with our customers. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us you will always be able to opt-out or unsubscribe via instructions within the communications.

  5. Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.

We use the information we collect to:

  1. To debug, or cap the frequency of messages

  2. Analyze use of the Sites to understand, develop and improve our Sites. Such as determining what content is most popular, which browsers are most used, and how long users spend on specific Sites and Functionalities

Opt-In information will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

Data Retention

Cancellation or Deactivation of Accounts: If you would like to request the cancellation or deactivation of your account, you should contact our Customer Support team for assistance. Cancellation or deactivation of your account does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you may have posted, downloaded, or otherwise made available publicly on the Site while you were registered as a user. You should also contact our Customer Support team to request deactivation of an account or profile you believe is fake or otherwise unauthorized.

How Long We Use Personal Data For: We will not keep your personal data longer than necessary, how long this is depends on several factors, including (1) why the data initially was collected (2) how old the data is (3) whether there is a legal or regulatory reason for us to keep it and (4) whether we need it to protect us or

Communications

Non-Optional Communication

We may send you Site and administrative emails and messages. We may also contact you to inform you about changes in our Sites, our Site offerings, and important Site related notices, such as security and fraud notices. These emails and messages are considered part of our Sites and you may not opt-out of these.

 

Optional Communication

Alternately, we may send you emails and or messages about new product features or other news about our Site. You can opt-out of these at any time

Opting-Out of Optional Communications: There are several ways to stop these messages from us.

  2. Text STOP to stop receiving texts.

Please note you may continue to receive communications for a short period after changing your preferences while our systems are fully updated.

Business Transfers

As we continue to develop our Business and Site, we may be involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets. Your information may be transferred as a part of that deal. Will notify you (for example, via a message or email associated with your account) of any such deal and out your choices in the event. Customer information remains subject to promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless the customer consents otherwise). If all of Agency Asstes or a substantial amount of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the assets transferred.

 

Children’s Privacy

The following describes how we handle data for individuals under the age of 18 (“minors”) as required by U.S. law.

  1. To comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protections Act (COPPA) that helps protect minors on the internet. Under these policies we require user verification that they are at least 18 years of age or that parental consent is supplied.

  2. Our Sites are not designed for and are not marketed to people under the age of 18 (“minors”). We do not knowingly collect or ask for information from minors. We do not knowingly allow minors to use our Site. If you are a minor, please do not use our Sites or send us your information.

  3. We delete information that we learn is collected from a minor without verified parental consent. Please contact us using douglasjames@support.agencyassets.ai if you believe we might have information from or about a minor.

  4. We do not offer different account types. Accounts that have parental consent will have access to the same Sites. If consent by a legal guardian, or confirmation of a minimum age of 18 is not provided a minor will not have access to our Site
